Return policy

All items are final sale (non-refundable, non-exchangeable).

There are certain situations where only partial or full refunds are granted: 

• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts. Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. In this case, contact info@vedhas.ca and include an image of the item. We will respond back to you once having the information reviewed.

Once your return is inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  

Unfortunately, sale items can not be refunded or exchanged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

All order cancellations must be within 24 h of purchase (excluding expedited shipping. Unfortunately, this can not be cancelled).

We do our best to ensure products displayed on this website represent the actual product. 

Please take note that colours displayed on this website may vary on different devices. Lighting and colour settings on each device are out of our control. If you have any questions regarding a product, please feel free to contact us via email.
